One of D’s favorite big-game dips but one of the main ingredients happens to be sour cream. With no dairy-free and soy-free sour cream option available to us, we’ve once again looked for inspiration. For this, D used some reverse engineering. As he has sought to make a homemade (non allergy free) tzatziki sauce he discovered that sour cream made a better tasting sauce then yogurt, even greek yogurt. Though, greek yogurt might make a suitable substitute for sour cream.
Super easy, just mix the ingredients in a medium bowl until it’s fully combined and store in the refrigerator for 12 hours before serving.
