This happens to be one of T’s favorite things for D to make. It may not be healthy but dips usually aren’t that healthy. This recipe is nice because it’s super easy, super quick and super tasty. Serve with corn tortilla chips and you have a tasty crowd pleaser for any party. Note: You can alter this recipe in a number of ways depending on your personal allergies. If you can eat tomatoes and peppers you can likely add some salsa. Though… this recipe is pretty darned amazing as it is.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet of chicken fryer. Mix the taco seasoning with a cup of water and mix with the beef. Once the liquid is nearly cooked off add re-fried beans and mix thoroughly. Add the chipotle sauce and Daiya cheese and continue to stir until the cheese is fully combined.
