For the past week or so, our blog will be featuring our entries into the So Delicious Dairy Free 3-Course Recipe Contest. This, final entry is for the sweetest of the sweet-tooths in the audience and it’s super easy to boot. For those who aren’t fans of Kahlua, coffee or alcohol, you can easily skip that step or choose an alternate liqueur of your own choosing. We’d recommend adding some SoyaToo Rice Whip over the top as well.
Melt the butter in a small pot over a medium heat. Add the sugar and stir, allowing the mixture to reach a nutty brown color. Add the Kahlua and stir until the alcohol has cooked off. Add the creamer and lower heat while you stir. Reduce mixture until it has reached your desired consistency. Serve warm over favorite flavor of So Delicious Ice Cream.
