Product Review: SoyaToo Rice Whip

Rice Whip

We sure do love our whipped topping.  We would have guessed that rice milk would be too thin and lacking in fats to whip but SoyaToo has managed it.

Ingredients: Organic Rice Milk (Water, Organic Rice Syrup, Organic Rice Starch, Organic Rice Flour), Coconut Oil, Organic Maltodextrin From Rice, Tartaric Acid, Carageenan and Gum Arabic (Thickeners), Sea Salt. Propellant: Nitrous Oxide.

Company Line: Finally – a whipped cream in a can that is both dairy- AND soy-free!

D’s Review: While not quite as creamy or sweet as regular whipped cream, this is quite good, and pretty guilt free.  I’d say it’s a win!

T’s Review: We put it on our Mixed Berry Pie.  Doesn’t taste EXACTLY like whipped cream, but I went out and bought two more bottles today.  What does that tell you?
