T’s Review: The English muffins are OUTSTANDING—toast up nicely in toaster oven even if they require a bit longer. Don’t expect them to turn brown. Probably one of the best products out there! Now if only each package wasn’t so expensive…..

Company Line: Joan’s Gluten Free Italian Bread is Crusty and Chewy – its perfect!
D’s Review: The secret to good bread is a great crust. These rolls come out of the over with a great crunchy crust. I’ve found that the dough is a little dense and the crust can actually be a little hard to cut. Tip: Cut them while they are still warm and toast before serving.
T’s Review: The Italian bread is tasty and dense. Toasts well. Did I mention dense? Does NOT reheat well at all. Easy to defrost in the fridge.
Joan’s Egg-Free Bagels:
