D’s Review: Like most gluten-less bread products this tastes much better toasted than right out of the fridge. We’ve used this for Quesadillas and Wraps but I must say that they are not ideal for the latter. They tend to fall apart and tear when folded. They also burn more quickly than the gluten-ful versions… not a big deal but a good tip. I’d say the taste is pretty good all things considered but for texture it isn’t quite the same.
T’s Review: I disagree partially, they do burn quickly but they brown slowly. Which means when you are going for that brown toasty quality you need to be careful about it burning.
